Recently, we were warned of a new scam in which you receive a text "warning" you of an unpaid road toll. The text redirects you to a website to pay your toll before suspending vehicle registration or drivers license. It then collects personal information which is used to defraud the recipient. Please, do not provide personal information to anyone with which you are not familiar. If you have any concerns, contact the Florissant Police Department.
