Attorney Information

GENERAL INFORMATION:

Court proceedings are held at: Calverton Park City Hall located at 52 Young Drive, Calverton Park, MO 63135.

In most cases Attorney files are scheduled on the first Wednesday of the month at 5:00 PM

No court continuances will be given outside of the assigned court date. The judge is the only one authorized to grant continuances.

Entry of Appearance.

Entries of Appearance must be efiled through casenet.

If case can't be found on casenet please contact the Court at 314-801-8475.

Fax entries of appearance are not accepted. 

If your client is in warrant status you can file a motion to recall the warrant.  The judge will view the motion when he attends court.

Request for recommendations should be sent to the prosecuting attorney.  Any requests efiled in casenet will be accepted as notice that you have contacted the prosecutor.  No other action will be taken.
